About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall accountability for the store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is delivered and the highest standards are met.
  • Provide excellent leadership to the team, creating a high-performance culture that inspires and motivates.
  • Be a positive role model to the team, advocating the company values and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Lead the team to drive sales, memberships, and community engagement, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Drive people-related activities, including training, development, and performance management, while being hands-on within the store when needed.
  • Be actively involved in social initiatives and volunteering hours to support the local community.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a food store setting.
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example.
  • Customer-focused, with a natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members.
  • Commercial and business acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Self-assured, organized, and able to multi-task, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
