Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EnerSys. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and upkeep of our DC power systems, including the preparation and physical storage of new cell batches, electrical screening, and visual inspection of cells.

This role involves working closely with various teams to support facility checks, destructive parts analysis, and vibration testing. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute critical tasks accurately are essential qualities for this position.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and physical storage of new cell batches
  2. Electrical screening of new cell batches
  3. Visual inspection of cells
  4. Support to facility checks
  5. Destructive parts analysis on allocated cells
  6. Upkeep of Cell Processing areas
  7. Completion of documentation
Qualifications

No specific qualification is required, but a good level of literacy and numeracy is necessary. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have basic skills with MS Office / Office 365 suite of programs and practical engineering experience.
