EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Technician to join our team. This role will involve the safe detailed testing of electrically live space flight hardware in mission representative conditions.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the health and safety of everyone within the area of responsibility at all times.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for test processes.
  • Defining, writing, reviewing, and completing all test documentation and recording all activities and data from designated tests correctly and on time.
  • Performing electrical and physical testing of battery units using small test tools and equipment.
  • Leading and controlling root cause analysis using Ishikawa and 8D methodologies.
  • Utilizing battery test methodologies, data analysis in MATLAB, cell test data analysis, and LabVIEW.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in testing operations.
  • Good knowledge and experience of general electrical test techniques.
  • Ability to review, complete analysis, comprehend, and present information on test status for internal review.
  • Proficient skills with MS Office/Office 365 suite of programmes.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet demanding business needs.
Benefits

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum salary, plus benefits package.
