Job Overview

A highly experienced Contact Centre Sales Manager is required to lead our sales team in Oxford.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales leadership and management
  • Proven experience of delivering sales results in a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
