Brook Street is seeking a highly successful and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their Abingdon office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who aspires to excel in everything they do.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
  2. Maximise revenues and grow the property register through effective team management and customer service.
  3. Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  4. Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1s and reviews, and influence results through effective team management and action planning.
  5. Demonstrate previous Estate Agency and customer service experience, and be target driven and tenacious with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
  6. Effectively manage a team, and be motivated and enthusiastic with high standards of service and presentation.
  7. Possess good organisational skills, and demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
  8. Hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for Business Use.
