We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Adecco UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating financial performance across the organisation, providing strategic and operational analysis and modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
  2. Support the Head of Financial Management in producing annual budgets and management accounts, and provide guidance on financial reporting and analysis.
  3. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with other senior finance professionals to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  5. Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in staff management and leadership. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.

Requirements:
  1. Apart from ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA qualifications, you must have minimum 5 years' experience in accountancy environments within industry or public sector.
  2. Strong Excel skills and experience in using Enterprise Resource systems.
  3. Experience in staff management.
