As a key member of the Recruitment Bunker team, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our clients in Perth. This role will involve managing schedules and communications for executive members, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing calendars and making travel arrangements
  • Preparing for board reviews and other high-level meetings
  • Providing administrative support to executive members, including preparing reports and maintaining office budgets

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus benefits such as pension and employee referral scheme.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
