About the Job

We are looking for an Administrative Project Specialist to join our team at Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Documentation: Prepare and compile key project documents using Viewpoint and SharePoint.
  • Communication: Liaise with stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
  • Viewpoint and SharePoint Proficiency: A strong understanding of these tools is necessary for success in this role.
