Pension Administrator Career Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Pension Administrator to join our team at Engineering UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering pensions and providing excellent customer service.

About the Job:
  • Update pension administration databases and systems, handling queries from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
  • Handle internal and external telephone queries, perform manual benefits calculations, and amend non-financial work such as change of address.
  • Assist the team with project-related work, ensuring accurate time recording system updates and meeting utilisation targets.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recent graduate or good level of education with a minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to see projects/tasks through to completion within given timescales.
  • Able to follow instructions, procedures, policies, and assimilate information quickly in a consistent manner.
