**Legal Administrator - Perth - Salary up to £30,000 p/a DOE**

**Are you looking for a new legal opportunity in Perth? Do you have legal administration or secretarial experience? Are you looking for an opportunity to join an established firm?**

We are looking to speak to experienced legal administrators who are looking for a new, challenging opportunity in Perth For this role, you will have experience providing administrative support to a wider team daily within a Legal or Professional Services environment. You will be well organised, proactive and adaptable to assist and complete a high volume workload within set deadlines, meeting business standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm.

**This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday, core hours. This position will be fully office based in Perth, with a salary of up to £30,000 p/a available DOE.**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You have legal administration experience or administration experience within a professional services environment
- You are well organised and able to manage a busy workload
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
- You have excellent communication skills both written and orally
- You can work well individually and as part of a wider team
- You are able to manage your time and diary effectively to meet deadlines
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You have knowledge of AML processes (desired, but not essential)

**What is the day to day like?**
- Completing all client administration work, including opening and closing files, drafting letters or engagement and terms of business
- Completing all finance administration associated with client transactions
- Producing reports using the case management system
- Requesting, preparing and ordering searches from Registers of Scotland
- Completing LBTT returns
- Producing and typing up various documents including letters, reports, articles, presentations and any specialist documents in line with the firms house style
- Coordinating and arranging travel when required
- Completing all file management
- Managing diaries daily when required
- Reviewing and improving procedures across the department
