**Office Administrator**
**Responsibilities**
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed (e.g. when phone is not working)
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of mail, correspondence, etc.
- Greet visitors upon arrival
- Handle sensitive or confidential information according to company policy
- Retain appropriate knowledge by completing appropriate training courses or courses as assigned by the office manager or director of operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £20,584.00-£22,424.00 per year
