Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with another highly reputable and successful professional services company in Perth, offering a fantastic opportunity as an Office Administrator. In this full-time, permanent position, you'll provide essential administrative support to the business and become an integral part of a close, tight knit team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with incoming mail
- Collecting and preparing outgoing mail
- Organising couriers and handling hand deliveries
- Scanning and copying documents in accordance with provided instructions
- Creating and organising paper files
- Data input into the system
- Uplifting the physical files from off-site storage
- Providing IT support
- Offering reception cover when required
- Other administrative duties

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a strong team player with previous exposure to customer service, reception, or administration. In addition, you will possess excellent organisational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
