**Site Office Administrator / Document Controller**

Cidon Construction have an opportunity for an experienced Site Office Administrator / Document Controller to for an Energy construction project in Perth (PH2).

**As a Site Administrator your duties will include**:

- Collation of drawings from the online portal, and ensuring correct revisions and information is available and ready for use.
- Check induction paperwork for new site staff, e.g. all site induction paperwork (RAMS) signed as required. Copy of Right to work obtained and CSCS/CPCS Cards copied and uploaded
- Distributing, checking and submitting site weekly returns.
- Maintain live hire records for site to reconcile equipment in use on site
- Liaising with site personnel, client and suppliers.
- Placing orders for materials as required.
- Collate information from delivery tickets to record materials used
- Filing documents in physical and digital records (contract files)
- Retrieving documents as requested by employees and clients.
- General Site Administration duties in support of Project Management team
- Ensure all delivery tickets and site paperwork is collated to send back to the head office.
- Compile information and submit O&M Manual

**Personal qualities**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Exceptional communication skills, verbally and written
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Genuine commitment to understanding, anticipating and respecting the needs of others g needs of the organization.
