Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong administrative skills to join a local IT Support business based in Perth. The role will be assisting the Operations Director with day-to-day admin tasks and dealing with all the administration and processes connected to ongoing IT Project work.
This is a fulltime permanent position working onsite at the business premises in Perth, hours of work, Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.pm) Hybrid remote working from home can be an option however only on a Monday and Friday.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the IT Support office.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Providing general administrative assistance incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Handling office tasks such as filing, scanning documents into the SharePoint system reporting, and maintaining records.
- Handling product licencing and warranty purchasing for software/hardware and updating client records.
- Assistant the Operations Director with administration and project management tasks
**Personal Specification**
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role
- An interest in Information Technology and Project Management.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Attention to detail and good numerical skills.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This role would suit a University Graduate with excellent administration skills with an interest in the IT Industry and project management.
