Are you an experienced Administrator looking to take your next career step? If so, our Energy and Renewables team are looking for a Team Administrator to join them

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the Renewables team with managing client instructions for on-going project work
- Assisting with client enquiries
- Assisting in producing the quarterly and annual reports for clients
- Diary management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Team administration tasks
- Client correspondence
- Expenses management
- Assisting with invoicing at month end and coordinating with finance accordingly
- Assisting with research and competitor analysis
- Supporting with PR, Business Development and Marketing initiatives
- PDF and Excel related tasks
- Taking minutes at meetings (adhoc)
- Supporting with tenders and pitch documentation
- Project support - letters, mapping and land registry title downloads
- Lone working coordination

**About you**:

- Strong Educational background including GCSE’s and A Levels
- Extensive experience in an Administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good team player with a pro-active and positive attitude
- Flexible and understanding
- General interest in Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Real Estate
- Previous experience working in a professional services business (advantageous but not essential)
