Customer Service Executive

Salary: £28,000 plus 10% discretionary bonus

Shifts: 37.5 hours 5 days a week including every other weekend. Rotating shifts 8:00-16:15 and 9:45-18:00. Sunday hours 10:00-16:00

Our client, a fast-growing company based in the UK, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries through email, calls, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service and productivity KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email, calls, and live chat
  • Meet and exceed customer service and productivity KPIs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service and productivity KPIs
  • Experience in customer services and financial services is desirable
  • Customer-obsessed and determined to deliver world-class service
