Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Mulberry Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Reservations/Bookings and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Reservations Staff are in the correct uniform, well presented, and that any replacement or new uniforms are dealt with immediately.
They will work closely with the HR Manager to develop an effective recruitment strategy, induction and training programmes that meet the needs of the department and the employee.
The Customer Service Manager will conduct proactive Performance Reviews of the Reservations Staff and motivate them towards the Hotel's Objectives and their own careers.
They will also ensure that Reservations Staff are efficient and competent in Sales tasks and understand the selling strategies set out by the Yield Management Team.
