Customer Service Ambassador

As a key member of the Sodexo team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients at RAF Odiham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Connect visitors with the appropriate personnel, adhering to visitor management processes.
- Deliver 5-star customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
- Support with induction management, workplace support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity.
- Communicate effectively, creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.
Requirements:
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will be highly valued.
- Champion of health & safety practices.
- Desire to grow and progress your career.
