We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tulip Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, thrive in a busy working environment, and provide an exceptional level of telephone customer service.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, answering an average of 100 calls per day.

Main duties include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to clients
  • Ensuring all calls are answered efficiently
  • Identifying and signposting clients to the company website
  • Flagging and highlighting priority calls
  • Taking payments where possible
  • Answering queries confidently
  • Assisting the Customer Service Phone Team with administrative duties
  • Recording client details accurately
  • Managing the office email inbox
  • Responding to online chat messages
  • Transferring calls and utilizing the phone system and equipment
