Customer Service Representative

At Mulberry Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss potential outcomes and solutions with initial complaint handlers to support knowledge growth.
- Support the manager in collating qualitative data for feedback sessions.
- Build trust with customers by solving their problems quickly and efficiently.
- Influence and own the issue to ensure successful resolution while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Be the last point of escalation for customers and the final point of preventing a negative trust pilot review.
- Be empowered and trusted to take responsibility, making decisions and using judgment to deliver a fair outcome.
- Review and suggest ideas on how to prevent issues occurring again by recognising the root cause and recommending change.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
