Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Executive

Office Angels is partnering with a dynamic client in the IT industry to recruit a French Customer Services Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for existing or potential customers in the B2B area.
  2. Engage in written and phone correspondence with customers and external partners.
  3. Interface between customers and logistics, supply chain, and product management teams.
  4. Monitor and compare service level KPIs.
  5. Continuously improve customer service processes.
  6. Maintain data in ERP and CRM systems.
  7. Manage customer complaints.
  8. Previous experience in customer service or supply chain logistics is advantageous.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is required.
  10. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is beneficial.
  11. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset are essential.
  12. Fluency in English, with French and German being a plus.
