Customer Service Ambassador

As a key member of the Sodexo team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for visitors and customers, setting the tone for our company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all visitors and customers
- Manage visitor flow and ensure efficient communication with the appropriate parties
- Support the induction process, workplace support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
- Communicate effectively and create a memorable experience for our customers and visitors
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethos
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will be highly valued
- Champion of health and safety practices
- Desire to grow and progress your career
