Customer Service Ambassador

As a key member of the Sodexo team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients at RAF Odiham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Manage visitor flow and ensure that all necessary protocols are followed.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with visitors and clients, responding to their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
