Elite Hotels is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Reservations Team at Tylney Hall Hotel. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of guest service standards are met by the Reservations staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the Reservations team and ensure they are efficient and competent in Sales tasks, understanding the selling strategies set out by the Yield Management Team.
  • To work closely with the HR Manager to develop an effective recruitment strategy and ensure induction and training programs meet the needs of the department and employees.
  • To ensure that Reservations Staff are adhering to the Standards of Procedure (SOPs) and that these are continually updated to match any changes.
  • To lead the Yield Management Team and ensure that the Assistant Reservation's Manager is able to deputise in your absence.
