About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Holiday Extras, communicating with our customers over the phone, via email, or through our online chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to provide a seamless and personalized experience, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including our range of travel extras and insurance policies.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve service targets and deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're always up-to-date with the latest products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer service strategy, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our services.
