About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Insurance team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers over the phone, email, and other channels.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including medical policies and gadget cover.
  • Use cutting-edge technology, including Apple Macbooks and Google Workspace, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our Contact Centre Trainers to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Participate in our Group Profit Share Bonus Scheme and enjoy a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, birthday off, and enhanced parental leave.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, and be flexible with working hours.
  • Desire to grow and develop your career, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
