About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Insurance team as a Contact Centre Agent. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the best products and services to enhance their holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your excellent communication skills to connect our Insurance customers with products and services that meet their needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our range of products and services, including medical policies and gadget cover.
  • Work closely with our Contact Centre Trainers to receive full training and support, including a 3-week induction programme and ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology, including Apple Macbooks and the Google Workspace suite, to provide efficient and effective service to our customers.
  • Be part of a supportive and inclusive team environment, where our values are embedded and we celebrate success together.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer-facing experience, although not essential.
