About the Role

The Accounts Payable and Expenses Administrator is a key member of the finance operations team, delivering expenses and accounts payable services. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration of Expense System - Chrome River
  2. Working with Finance Systems Team and Financial Accountants in relation to expense types and mapping
  3. Liaising with External Auditors on tax queries
  4. Working with HR and Tax teams in relation to Expense Policy
  5. Working with stakeholders to ensure expenses/credit card transactions and travel data feeds are processed efficiently
