Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a role that utilizes your administrative skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at a global Law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new starters and leavers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Audit items allocated to the Expense Team to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of items reclaimed outside of expense policy to prevent discrepancies.
  • Manage delegates within the Expense System to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Process out-of-pocket payments and direct debits through bank portals and 3E systems.
  • Administer the Corporate Credit Card Programme, reconciling monthly statements for 300+ users.
  • Regularly audit Corporate Credit Card Holders to identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with Financial Accounts to reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with Cashiers to complete bank reconciliations, maintaining financial transparency.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Accounts Payable function, providing comprehensive insight into team activities.
