Expense Transaction Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Expense Transaction Administrator to join our team at myGwork. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process of expense transactions and invoice processing, with a focus on stakeholder and client satisfaction.
About the Role:
- You will administer the Expense System, Chrome River, to ensure efficient processing of expenses and credit card transactions.
- You will work closely with the Finance Systems Team and Financial Accountants to maintain accurate expense types and mappings.
- You will liaise with External Auditors to resolve tax queries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will collaborate with HR and Tax teams to review and implement the Expense Policy.
- You will analyze unapproved, unprocessed, and draft expense items to ensure timely resolution.
- You will administer new starters and leavers, including delegate management within the Expense System.
- You will conduct regular audits of items allocated to the Expense Team and reconcile monthly Credit Card Statements for 300+ users.
- You will work closely with Cashiers to complete bank reconciliations and provide monthly reports to budget holders.
Requirements:
- You must have proven experience in a similar position within a professional services environment.
- You should have knowledge of Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise and an Expense system.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and its operating model is desirable.

- You should possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You should be flexible and able to multitask with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You should be able to manage different stakeholders confidently and diplomatically.
