Financial Operations Administrator

• Ensure timely payment of customer and supplier invoices.
• Review and verify expense claims for accuracy.
• Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing records.
• Liaise with department managers regarding finance-related queries.
• Identify and highlight any discrepancies in financial information.
• Produce weekly reports and updates for the management team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in finance administration is desirable but not essential.
• Proven skills in data management and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
