Account Administrator

About the Role
The GAP Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Account Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business between selected Major Account customers and GAP Group are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain spreadsheets to track customer information and business transactions.
- Manage telephone enquiries from customers and GAP employees, obtaining detailed information as required.
- Produce weekly reports to provide insights into customer activity and business performance.
- Raise contracts and authorise purchase order invoices in line with customer agreements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration role.
- A sound working knowledge of the power industry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with experience of analysing data and producing high-quality reports.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Word.
