Disability Support Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Supervisor to join our team at Leonard Cheshire Disability. As a key member of our community living program, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our customers.

About the Job
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervising a team and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will also have experience working within a care setting and be able to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.

Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services
* Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the needs of our customers
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Benefits
* Salary: £13.57-£14.57 per hour (up to 35 hours per week)

Qualifications and Experience
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Proven experience in supervising a team
