Clanrye Group is seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves providing specialist disability support to young people participating in Skills for Life and Work, Training for Success, and/or Apprenticeships NI Programme. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of directly supporting people with disabilities within an employment, education, or employment & training setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise work placements and assist participants in the work placement process.
  • Monitor and evidence progress against Performance Targets set by the DSS Co-ordinator.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records that support effective ongoing monitoring and review of own support provided.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
