In this vital role, you will work closely with clients to deliver unbiased and comprehensive assessments, ensuring a personalized and inclusive service. Your duties will include managing caseloads, conducting various types of assessments, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless case management.

As a Disability Assessment Specialist, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment that prioritizes job variety and autonomy. With a strong emphasis on training and development, you'll be supported every step of the way to help you excel in your role.

Key requirements for this position include excellent communication skills, valid registration on the NMC or HCPC, and at least one year's post-qualification experience. The basic salary for this role is £38,500 - £41,500, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus. The estimated total earnings are approximately £45,650.
