With a strong understanding of assistive technology and its applications, you will evaluate student needs, develop tailored support plans, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including 23 days' holiday, a company matched pension, and access to our Employee Network Groups. Based in Belfast, this hybrid role requires regular travel to meet with clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating student needs and developing support plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service

  • Producing high-quality written reports and meeting KPIs
