About the Role:

This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who can demonstrate a strong passion for providing high-quality care and support services.

As a Disability Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of our customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry.">
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising a team.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.">
  • Experience working within a care setting.">
  • Familiarity with disability support services and principles.">
  • Satisfactory disclosure check (AccessNI).">
