**Job Description**

We are looking for highly motivated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Support Worker for Adults with Disabilities. In this position, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support to adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, or learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families. You will also have a genuine passion for supporting adults with disabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Provide personal care and support to adults with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities within the centre
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with learning disabilities
  • NISCC registration or willingness to apply
  • Enhanced Access NI clearance

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £11.67 per hour
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
