As a Senior Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for empowering adults to live the life they want. We are seeking someone with at least 6 months of paid experience supporting people in social care settings with learning/physical disabilities and/or autism and/or acquired brain injury/neurological disorders. A QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential; consideration will be given to candidates who are willing to undertake the qualification within an agreed timescale.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based in Belfast, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 24/7 telephone access to a UK GP, full paid induction, and enhanced sick pay.
