Disability Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disability Support Officer to join our team at Clanrye Group. The successful candidate will provide specialist disability support to young people participating in the Skills for Life and Work, Training for Success, and Apprenticeships NI Programme.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Disability Support Officer, you will work closely with young people, training providers, and other stakeholders to ensure they receive the necessary support to achieve their goals.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 20 working days' annual leave, enhanced family-friendly rights, and opportunities for continuous professional development.
Key responsibilities include organizing work placements, monitoring progress against performance targets, maintaining accurate records, and providing additional disability support to participants. You will also be required to adhere to Clanrye Group's policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate commitment to the organization.
