About the Role

We are recruiting a Support Services Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. This is a temporary full-time position, with the possibility of extension.

Key Tasks
  1. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records, using Microsoft Office and bespoke software systems
  3. Coordinate meetings, events, and visits, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed
  4. Prepare documents and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements

  1. 2 GCE 'A' Level grades A*-C in separate subjects and 5 GCSEs Grade A*-C, including English language and Mathematics
  2. At least 4 years' experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and working effectively under pressure

Salary and Benefits

£56 per hour, paid weekly. Temporary position for 6 weeks, with possible extension.
