This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Leonard Cheshire Disability, where you will work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to improve the quality of life for our customers.

As a Support Worker Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of our customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support services to our customers.">
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our customers.">
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.">
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.">
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to improve the quality of life for our customers.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or industry.">
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising a team.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.">
  • Experience working within a care setting.">
  • Familiarity with disability support services and principles.">
  • Satisfactory disclosure check (AccessNI).">
