Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Disability Support Manager to join our team in Newcastle, Co Down. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role: In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to ensure excellent standards of care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each person.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure they are informed and involved in the care planning process.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the social care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driving license is required.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
