Your Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be flexible and able to work creatively with our customers and their families.

A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care or support setting is desirable, although not essential. You will need to have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, and be willing to participate in an on-call rota where required.
