Disability Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and community living skills.
- Orientate new service users to the residential scheme and the local community.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with senior staff.
- Monitor and review service users' skills and needs, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in caring for individuals with disabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including numeracy.
- Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning disabilities.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £13.89 per hour (up to £15.85 for additional hours).
