A rewarding career opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Senior Administrator to join our Respiratory department at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. The post holder will be the key point of contact for administrative issues relating to patients' care pathways, working closely with the team to ensure smooth management from referral to treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and log all referrals, including paper and Choose and Book, in line with Trust Access Policy and specialty SOP.
  2. Ensure diagnostic investigations are requested and available before clinic day.
  3. Accurately record clinic outcomes on PAS, including offsite clinics.
  4. Lead on completing clinic cancellation forms and process according to SOP.
  5. Reschedule outpatient clinics as requested, meeting waiting time targets.
  6. Liaise with patient records staff and other organisations to ensure medical notes, letters, results, and discharge summaries are available for appointments and consultations.
