  • Liaising with project managers and reporting progress, ensuring seamless execution of construction projects.
  • Supervising contracted staff to guarantee quality workmanship and adherence to site safety protocols.
  • Maintaining continuous liaison with subcontractors to address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Conducting thorough safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Preparing and reviewing site reports, designs, and drawings to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
  • Evaluating and implementing quality control procedures to prevent defects and deviations.
  • Ensuring that all HSE requirements are met in the execution of tasks.
  • Adhering to company procedures, practices, and standards at all times.
  • Assisting project managers with administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
  • Monitoring changes and reporting deviations to project teams in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out routine site inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing work improvement recommendations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinating project close-out activities and documenting lessons learned for future reference.
