Turner Lovell is recruiting for an international contractor who delivers multiple renewable energy projects throughout the UK. We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead projects from civil construction through to M&E installation and handover.

This role offers stability on a long-term project and collaboration with a world-class, international team to deliver engineering and construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain site set up and ongoing construction activities.
  2. Provide leadership to other site managers and site supervisors, ensuring day-to-day management of on-site activities.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders, providing regular reports to clients' project representatives and internal engineering teams.
  4. Support senior Project Managers in monitoring and tracking progress against project program and budget.
  5. Ensure quality, budget, and timescales are met by providing progress reports as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years experience as a Site Manager within large construction projects.
  3. Proven track record as a principal contractor delivering projects safely, within budget, and time.
  4. Relevant site safety courses such as CCNSG Safety Passport, SMSTS Course.
A salary of £400-£500 per day reflects the value we place on this role.
