Job Summary: Turner Lovell is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from civil construction to M&E installation, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Directing site set-up and ongoing construction activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Managing day-to-day site operations, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating stakeholder interactions.
  • Providing regular project updates to clients, internal teams, and project representatives, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Supporting senior project managers in tracking project performance against established milestones and budgets.

Competitive Salary: £420-£480 per day, reflecting your expertise and experience.

Necessary Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years' experience as a Site Manager in major construction projects. Demonstrated success as a principal contractor, delivering projects safely, on-time, and within budget. Holding relevant certifications, including CCNSG Safety Passport and SMSTS Course.
