About the Role: Turner Lovell is a prominent player in the UK's renewable energy sector, and we're currently seeking an exceptional Site Manager to spearhead our projects. As this leader, you'll be responsible for guiding our initiatives from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery, high-quality results, and efficient budget management.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining a safe, productive work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals, driving innovation and best practices.
  • Overseeing daily site operations, coaching junior staff, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and overall success.

Attractive Compensation Package: £420-£480 per day, aligned with industry standards and your value to the organization.

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of three years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects. Proven track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and within budget, along with relevant certifications like CCNSG Safety Passport and SMSTS Course.
